Miller's Gate

Before buying a house in this gated community, make sure you read the disclosures of the HOA and what you are responsible for!! The dues currently are $387 per year, reserved funds were not established until 2015, they should have been started no later than 2005. The streets are a responsibility of the homeowners as well as a brick wall falling apart.  They do not have the funds available, they can institute an assessment on each homeowner, they haven't done so at this point.You then have to deal with whoever is on the HOA board. So before buying at Miller's Gate, read the by-laws and ask questions!!!
