On a few occasions I have noticed 2-3 County police cars blocking the entrance to Vincent Circle (the entrance at the beginning of the neighborhood). Last night in particular there were 3 cars blocking the entrance for almost 2 hours. My concern is that there is something going on that we do not know about. They are positioned right behind the cars parked in front of the homes. I am happy to see a beefed up police presence but now I am getting worried. Can someone please put my mind at ease and tell me what's going on?
