Who is the new city clerk?  Will the newsletters be posted sooner?  It seems that an entire month went by before they were posted.

We have NOT changed the city clerk!

News letters are mailed at the direction of the Commission.

I guess I called it the wrong thing.  I was talking about the Council Meeting Minutes.  They are posted monthly.  I was wondering if they could be posted sooner.  Also, I thought the city clerk moved out of the neighborhood.  I assumed we would have to get a new person.

If you check the Mayors message for each month I give a brief over view of the meeting so people will be able to keep up with what is going on. It is an informal account but everything important is there.

I usually post the Mayors message the night of the Commission meeting or the next morning.

FYI we are a sixth class city so it is a "Commission" not a "Council"
