The Board of Middleton Park Place Homeowners Association would like to welcome you to your community website. This site has been created to enhance all levels of communication within the neighborhood, and to let everyone know what a great place Middleton Park Place is to live!
We are glad your here and invite you to take a look around, we think you'll be suprised at all the things you'll find.

Trash pick up is every Wed.(unless its a holiday). If you have any questions regarding your utilities please call the City of Middleton at 585-6611.

About our association

We need your help!

The goal of the Board is to encourage 100% participation and membership in the MPPHA(Middleton Park Place Homoewners Association). Everyone has something to contribute and we want to hear your ideas. Feel free to contact the Board with questions, ____________________ concerns, news items, or ideas. If you would like to become more involved in the MPPHA, just let us know. There is a standing need for help in several areas, to include help with the front entrances, planning/hosting of social events, architectural and beautification committees, and contributing reporters for newsletter items. We want to make this neighborhood the best it can be!

All About Dues!

Ever wonder why you pay homeowners' association dues or why it is important that your dues are paid on time? Homeowners' association dues
are used to help protect one of the most valuable investments you have...your home. The association seeks to protect the value of your home by ensuring that our neighborhood remains safe, attractive, and nuisance free. Without a governing body to protect your neighborhood, one of your neighbors could start a junkyard on their front lawn. Another neighbor could decide to harvest bees and the people across the street could spray paint a rainbow mural on their house in support of the 70's. Although these
are extreme examples, there would be little you could do if something like this did occur (without a homeowners' association). Well, lucky for you these are problems you will never have to consider, with a homeowners
association in place.

In order for the Association to fund projects to improve the community it is
important that dues are paid on time. So what do your fees pay for, you may
ask? Below is a general list...

Irrigation Water-All the water you want for one low price.

Landscaping and maintenance for the common areas

Community Improvements and Maintenance

Administrative Fees - legal fees, insurance

Power-Runs the Pumps for your irrigation water

Information Distribution - newsletters, mailed letters.

Just to name a few!

Annual dues are $115.50 per household for the calendar year January – December, thats only $9.63 a month. Please make your check payable to Middleton Park Place and deliver to any officer on the MPPHA Board or mail to

Dues for 2007 should be paid prior to February 16 for the calendar year. We appreciate your continued support!

Neighborhood Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions(CC&R's)

Please review the neighborhood covenants, conditions and restrictions(CC&R's) and check with the Architectural Committee prior to any major changes or additions to your home, and prior to adding fences, or out buildings. Just email the committee at the address below for further instructions/details.
The Board strives to uphold the CC&R's by following and abiding by them just as we expect all homeowners to do.
