Board Elections
Rudy Bell,along with a group of concerned residents, collected a total of 120 Proxies and Ballots for the upcoming election. Approx 40 were mailed in for a total of 159. This is enough for an election of a Board. I think the residents are ready for a change and the new candidates are hoping to do that. Fiscal accountability, better communication, and responsible spending are the key issues. Of course, the dreaded ARB work is to be established. I would like to hear your comments on here. |

New Board Takes Office
On Wednesday, June 13th, 2007, the new Board of Directors took charge of the Homeonwer's Association. It was a productive meeting and a good start toward uniting the community. Seated ont the Board of Directors now are Rudy Bell - Judy Calvanelli - Larry Giles - Arthur Richards - Mike Schifhauer. We appreciate your input and comments.
