Living in such a confined area, we are challenged to enjoy living here while doing so in ways that are not dangerous, annoying or inconvenient for each other. Membership in a Home owners Assocoiation (technically a condominium) allows us to establish and enforce a set of rules and regulations that we live by.
I encourage you to think about this subject and share your suggestions for those rules on such subjects as traffic control & parking, dog and other pet management, flags and decorations. trash/waste disposal, etc.
While KB controls our HoA in the near term, they are interested in our needs and participation and encourages our envolvement. All of your comments will be shared with them.

Flags and decorations

I really appreciate and would encourage flags and decorations to homes. I think this gives our community a warmer neighborhood feel.
What are our restrictions?

Might even be a nice idea for the HOA to sponsor holiday decoration ''competitions'' to promote creativity. Doesn't have to be limited to Thanksgiving / Christmas, but any holiday.
