Call the Town of Parker. If you get the newsletter, there are specific town statutes against many things such as abandoned vehicles, weed-covered/out-of-control lawns, etc.

I have been trying to sell my house, but potential buyers won't even get out of the car because the neighborhood is so bad.  I take a lot of pride in my home and have done a lot of upgrades and maintain a beautiful landscape as I'm sure many of you have.  Is there anyway to organize a community cleanup day? Not just have a dumpster down the street, but a literal cleanup.  I have access to free sod and I am pretty handy.  I would really like to fix a fence that has been missing approx 15-20ft readily visible from the main street for years.
