CAPTAIN HARPOLE & OUR AREA OFFICERS OF THE 3RD DISTRICT Join with your neighbors in meeting personally with the Officers that patrol our area and with Captain Harpole and then take a walk through the neighborhood showing the highlights of our neighborhood, as well as the problem spots.
