sold again!
4017-55th was sold AGAIN about a week after the agreement. It appears the new owners also see the project as over their heads because no work has been done. There is a bldg permit posted. I wonder if the new owners can start the 90 day process over.

Sold AGAIN, AGAIN! 4017-55th
There was to be a hearing at the end of Aug. - the structure was sold AGAIN right before. The city says they wanted to include the new owners at the hearing, but somehow their name and address did not get from the prior owners to the city, imagine that!!! So, another 3 months - will probably update around Christmas.

city is behind
When the city told me that property had been sold again, they were referring to the sell in May!!! Somehow they just found out about that, but the May buyer was the one who made the plan and took out the city-issued permits, but no work was EVER done. The city needs to check out the county assessor website so they know who owns the property. So even though the plan was to be completed by the end of August or the house was to be demolished, it still stands in November.

FINALLY GONE!
This week the structure was finally removed, only 14 months after it finally got to court!!! One huge sycamore tree is still lying on the lot, but the building materials and concrete slab are gone. Will the tree lie there long? I hope a chipper comes soon.
