The builder is preparing to turn over the sidewalks and streets to the homeowners for the upcoming year. Before they can turn it over all the sidewalks, curbing and streets have to be completed and in good condition. I am planning on meeting with the DOT inspector to make sure any corrections that need to be made are done.
I would like to ask if everyone can inspect the areas around their home to see if anything needs to be fixed. If you see something please report it to me via email ronald.batdorf@verizon.net . I will then forward the information over to the inspector who will then have the builder fix the problem.
