We carry our Master Insurance Policy through HUB Inernational.. If you have questions about the master policy for coordinating coverage with your personal homeowner's insurance, or you need proof of insurance for your mortgage company, please follow the directions below:

Click on Issure or Reprint a cerfiticate of insurance

To issue the certificate of Insurance, click on XX-XX PROP/GL/FID TERM and you will locate the appropriate forms.  

Please remember, ALL claims against the Master Insurance Policy MUST go through the Manager. As stated in the House Rules, N.4. states:

4. All claims against the master policy must go through the Manager and must include a written report of the circumstances of the claim. The homeowner must notify the Manager or a member of the MF #2 Owners Association Board within 10 days of your knowledge of the incident.
