I'm concerned that a business establishment may be operating out of the house at 4672 Quince at Dearing. I'm not sure if it has ties with the business next door or not. Either way, I would hate to see commercial encroachment start creeping into the residential areas along Quince Road.

Only the house at the corner of Perkins & Quince is commercial, business is a appraisal office I believe.  the next house east on Quince is not commercial property, if anyone knows that it is being used as a business please report this to canacodes.  To convert to business would require a rezoning, bet ya CANA will fight further commercialization of Quince.
