Hi, I'm considering moving to the area & looking at several properties here. However, many would need some updating or build new. Hence I'm looking for contact info for Memorial Bend HOA Architectural Committee? Or there is no HOA and arch committee in the area.. basically I'm trying to find out if there are any restrictions for front elevations, attached/detached garages, etc. Also, is there a neighborhood club, tennis court, pool, and such?
