When we first moved into the neighborhood, I was highly disgusted. What is the reason for the HOA if lawns look bad and you can tell which house is the "trap" house in the neighborhood and is doing the side drug deals. The house with the stench of cat urine with the multiple cats hanging around the house side because the woman leaves food for the cats outside. The cars parked on the side of the small streets causing traffic to be delayed due to cars not parking correctly. Weeds on the side of the ally ways. Trash build up in peoples neighborhoods.
What is the reason for an HOA if nobody is doing anything to help this neighborhood?
