Due to expected winter driving conditions, the December 2003, January 2004, and February 2004 Member Meetings are cancelled and business will be conducted amongst the Directors via Email or Virtual Internet Meeting Room (if we set one up). We'll leave Meeting Room Two at the library scheduled, so if you have concerns and wish to have a formal meeting at the library we can still meet there. Just call or write one of the Directors to uncancel a meeting at least five days before the meeting. Only two directors need be present to conduct business at a meeting.
