First Annual Member Meeting

Our first Annual Meeting was held at the Prior Lake Library. Jamie Halverson, Chris Woodbury and David Conrad were elected President, Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer, respectively. The First Amendment to our Association Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions and Easements was presented and discussed which would have allowed the Board of Directors to consider variances to the fence height requirement. The Amendment required 51% of Members to vote for acceptance; however, there was not enough Members present for passage.
