We are looking at a couple houses in this neighborhood, looking for any general info about the area, good or bad, we are not very familiar with Mayfair Heights.  Seems to be a cute area.  Is this a good area for families with small children?  How safe is it?  How are the schools?  Any info would be appreciated!
