Thank you for asking. The Board of Directors is currently looking for a volunteer to fill a vacant Board of Directors position.  In addition, volunteers are needed for the Architectural Control Committee, the Special Projects Committee and to serve as Block Captains.  Also, if anyone recognizes other needs or opportunities to improve our neighborhood (such as Welcoming Committee) their input and service would be greatly appreciated.

What is the BoD position?  Is it an "at large" member?  Anything specific?  I am assuming your BoD has the normal positions - Prez, V.P., Sec., etc.  How long is the term? 

What types of things do the special projects folks do?

Is there a description of the block captain duties I can look at?

Don't mean to ask so many questions, just wanted some specifics, though.
