Lake looks Really Bad - HOA hired an attorney and has wasted thousands of dollars on that - Also HOA can not account for missing park benches --- STILL has not planted grass or any bushes or trees in second phase at all...... where else should I go!

Everyone has seen the improvements that have been made to Reflection Lake in the past 90 days and there is more to come.  The board has had to temporarily suspend any improvements.  The Finance Director learned that the HOA taxes have not been paid since 2004 and the board has to correct this unfortunate situation and pay any back taxes that are owed to the IRS.  A certified public accountant has been hired to resolve this issue so the board can resume HOA business and move forward with quality improvements.  We look to have this cleared up within the next few weeks.  All are welcome to review the board minutes on this website for more details.

I just learned that the 2004 date above should be 2003 per our CPA.

Ha Ha!    Nice try --  Clint advised the HOA 2 years ago that no taxes have been filed -- This is NOT a NEW issue and should not slow any progress --   HOA has spent too much money on things they did not need to!  That is why they " Are Not Spending any Money"      Take Time to find out the TRUTH.
