It is very disrespectful and inconsiderate to allow neighboring pets to run free and unleashed in the community to do their potty business in other neighboring private properties. I have young children and it is very inconsiderate to find that someones pet has been using my yard to do their personal business freely without being on a leash and having the mess cleaned up. IF I find any pets coming onto my property unleashed, I will be making a call to animal control. It is a law to have ALL pets on a leash at all times when roaming the neighborhood.
