There is someone in the neighborhood that leaves their plastic bag with dog feces in the piles of yard waste. I asked the people that pick up the yard clippings if this was ok, they said that animal waste contaminates the yard waste and ruins it for composting.
Whoever you are, please put the bag in the garbage can and not in the yard waste.
