Portobello Avenue will be conducting a speed test on our street with a radar gun. This test is for the purpose of informing the police and traffic departments of the average speed of vehicles on our street. We will also be sending a form noting excessive speeders license plate numbers to the police department. These vehicle owners will receive a letter in the mail about their speeding on our street.
