TOILET EXCHANGE PROGRAM

The Board is proud to announce that we have organized a toilet exchange program within our community. This is with cooperation with the Orange County Sanitation District?’s Toilet exchange program. For those who do not really know how the exchange program works and how it may affect you, we are a call away. Call Diversified (800) 569-8386 ext. 0 and set-up a meeting with Jeff, a volunteer in our community who has helped with various major projects in our community ultimately saving us money while producing professional results. Jeff will come prepared with templates of the different toilet bottoms to your home. This is important in your decision on which toilet is right for your bathroom. He will also have a brochure with the three different types to choose from. After you decide on the type of toilet you prefer, he will schedule a time for the exchange. We have also made allowances for a new supply line to be installed. It will be up to the homeowner to keep their old toilet seat, or purchase a new one. This is a limited time offer.
