I am proud to announce the Mariners Cove website is up and running. Being a free website, is does have those annoying banner ads, but then again you cannot beat free. On the site you will find the most recent newsletter and board meeting minutes, HOA calendar of events, neighborhood contacts, and even an area to join an on-line chat. There is also a form on the site to inform Diversified Real Property Management (Diversified) of a light out, sprinkler broken or other common area maintenance issues. This form then gets automatically faxed to Diversified for their prompt attention and follow-up.

In the next couple of months the focus on the board is the painting project (see Painting Project), free toilet exchange program (Page 2), tennis court re-surfacing, social events and Small pool fencing & landscape treatments. You are invited to attend the monthly board meetings regarding these and many other issues every second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
