Could a pond hawk aeration system in installed at the small Megan pond? The other seem to work well.

Hello. The Pond Hawk systems are very expensive and without any dues hikes ever being approved we are unable to afford everything we need without a lot of budgeting. The decision was made awhile back to see how the systems performed and then to add one system each year. Some of the ponds require more than one system if they are large and that can eat up more than one years expenses. I will check with the board to see where we are in implementation and give you an update when I find out.

Just checked with our board president. This pond was scheduled for a system next year (2022). In our upcoming September meeting we will look at the budget to see if there is enough remaining in the 2021 budget to cover adding a system sooner. We had a bunch of unplanned expenses that ate up a lot...but I will let you know once we have that discussion.
