Our semi-annual community meeting is on Monday, September 14, 2015 at 7pm.  The meeting will be in the lower level of Cornerstone Church on 896.

I am not sure I will make the meeting but I hope someone makes a motion to prevent the renting of single family homes. Rentals are not allowed in townhouses and we need the same protection in the single family homes. I never could understand why RC Peoples set it up that way. I pass a rental property at 11 Viscaya several times a day. There is always a group of young men hanging around playing ball in the street and hanging out. They have a old red truck that leaks fluid all over the road. 

I checked the county website and this house is owned by a person who lives in California so  I don't think they would care. Single family homes should be under the same rules as the townhouses.

I hope there is an update on the Howell School Road Connector.  

May I suggest when the minutes are written to include the last name of the people?  I have not been able to attend a few meetings and do not know them.
