Hi.

I just wanted to clear this up. Here are the facts.

 

1 - Greenline did not submit a bid for grass cutting.

 

2 - Greenline was asked to bid by me for Fertlizer. I was reaching out to as many companies as I could trying to get bids.

 

3 - All bids for fertilizer were reviewed and a winner choosen by the landscape committee. 

 

4 - If Greenline was able to offer a better price, they should have given the best price possible on the bid.

 

5 - I contacted Greenline via email letting them know they did not win the bid.  They could have easily reached out to me with any questions via email also. Calling one time leaving a message does not show they really wanted to gain our business. We are all busy and sometimes things get missed, but if you really want to speak to someone you would call back or email. 

 

I would suggest that you volunteer on the landscape committee or run for the board. I have made the current President aware of adding Greenline to the grass cutting bid when it goes out again later this year. They will also be included again for fertilizer.
