As a matter of translation of the deed restrictions, are structures like small greenhouses allowed in a back yard and without a permit of any sort? The deed restrictions talk about dog houses, etc. & THEY must be made of wood, but what about a greenhouse, obviously NOT made of wood? I'm talking about one maybe 4 ft. high and 4 ft inside, maybe a pop-up type (no electricity), if one can be found--really maybe half the size of the one in the back yard of a house seen from R.C. Peoples Blvd..
