Has anyone noticed the mess at the corner of Honora and Viscaya? You can't even see the traffic if you stop at Honora and Viscaya stop sign. I know this is phase one open space and the MFMC refuses to spend any money here claiming the county won't allow them. The MFMC collects $150 every year off those people in phase one. The first 60 homes in Mansion Farm. They have collected at least 90 to $100000 off these people for snow plowing only. New Castle County Cuts the grass and maintains the pond. The dues needs to be lowered for phase one residents.

I agree New Castle County has been absent in addressing this.I better response would be for more residents to make phone calls to New Castle County with this complaint. Association dues are for the benefit of the entire community including common areas, ponds, landscaping, and snow removal (which technically the association is not required to perform). The $150 dues have been the same for past 10 years; do meet rising costs and in fact in the short and long term too low.
