I received a notice from the New Castle County Department of Land Use regarding an upcoming public hearing to review an application to construct a rear addition to 22 Dynasty Drive. What is this about? I thought the Convenants/Deed restrictions allowed only for construction of a deck (two specific sizes) and/or a fence to the rear of the townhouses. What type of structure is planned that would impinge on the 40-foot rear yard setback? Has this addition been approved by the Board? Any information would be appreciated by this concerned neighbor.
