$435 per grass cut

Posted in: Bayview Manor II
Per the June 06 meeting our $ is being wasted. $435 to cut less then an acre is out rageous. Plus to top it off Fresh cutts is a relative of one of the Board. This needs to be addressed at the meeting 6/28

here are the meeting minuted found on this website:

Agenda or Minutes?

Are these meeting minutes or an agenda for the meeting in June? Normally, the minutes would have some detail about each item (Treasurer's Report, ARC Report, etc.).

At first glance, it appears that the only thing discussed was the Lawn Maintenance Contract and the missing monuments. I have been curious as to what is discussed at these meetings. According to our newsletter received earlier this month, there is no newsletter committee, just articles from the board members. From what I heard, Lori is no longer involved, therefore, who makes up the Activities Committee?

I may like to join one of these committees, but the last 3 meetings that I was made aware of were cancelled or did not originally exist. What was discussed by the Website Committee? According to Milly's post on 6/13 the board does not post anything to this site. Why not? When I moved in, I was told to check this site for information, not yahoo (which is updated by members of that site). Well, I am the ''unhappy homeowner'' according to Karen that added the ARC meeting and tonight's meeting to this site. I thought that I was informing my neighbors of scheduled meetings that I read about in the newsletter since the board doesn't update this site, for whatever reason. Rather than being helpful, I guess I am seen as ''unhappy'' since I shared my knowledge. If the board doesn't update this site and homeowners that do are looked down upon, who should be doing this?

I hope to find out something at tonight's meeting and meet some neighbors.
