Mallard Pointe Neighborhood
The Mallard Pointe sub division of Kannapolis is approximately 4 yrs old, and is still in the early stages of development with still a lot of area left to be built upon.
Community Watch
The 'Community Watch' was formed after 14 like minded residents replied to a flyer asking if anyone was interested in forming such a group.
Three members of the local Police Dept attended our first meeting to give us support, information and guidance with the setting up of the Group.
What is the 'Mallard Pointe Community Watch'
The Community Watch was formed not only to help the local Police Dept keep the people and property of Mallard Pointe as safe and as crime free as possible, but it is an opportunity for the whole neighborhood to get to know each other through community events and meetings
