My paycheck stub was in my mailbox along with the other mail, but it had been opened and stapled shut.  Fortunately the check was not there, since I have it automatically deposited.  The address was clearly visible through the envelope window, and the front of the envelope was marked Personal, so there was no excuse for opening it.  I've filed a complaint with the Post Office, but I was wondering if anyone else in Ashford Hollow has had tampering with their mail.  Two houses on our street have been robbed this year, so that's also on my mind.  If you receive checks in the mail, you may want to consider having them automatically deposited, so that they don't sit in the mailbox.
