I hate the construction on Eleanor. I think they should have buried those power lines. Instead, they have those huge, ugly poles....

Since you chose to hide behind ''anonymous'' I can not tell if you were living there at the time planning was discussed for Eleanor Avenue. If you were, then you should already be aware of why it was not slated for underground utilities. If you were not a part of the neighborhood at that time, perhaps you should seek somone out to learn the history of Eleanor improvements.
