Neighbors 

Based on recent survey results there was strong interest in Madison Park hosting Food Truck Rallies. This Halloween there will be a “pilot” event to test if the neighborhood and close by neighborhoods can collaboratively sustain this event occasion with strong enough interest and revenue generation. As you know there is some costs in this initiative. I am writing to ask for your financial support for this inaugural event

The event is planned for Madison Central Park from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm on Halloween evening. Your consideration of this request is greatly appreciated. 

If successful, the long term vision is to host the  Madison Park Food Truck Rally beginning  in Spring 2018    Your endorsement of this pilot  event
