The last counts that CDOT has on Seneca Place are from 2009.  About 5 counts were taken, and they all were between 3000 and 4000 depending on the location.

The Tyvola Station Area Plan calls for Seneca Place to be extended to Old Pineville some millennium, if and when the railroad spur serving the Cargill oil refinery ever goes away.  Don't lose any sleep worrying about the extension since I doubt the refinery is  going anywhere any time soon.

I am guessing next to Tyvola that is our busiest street for sure.   Seemed like a stretch to me to run it to Old Pineville and never really knew the purpose.   Looked like a lot of trouble to me for not much gain.
