Several neighbors attended the meeting this evening. This Autobell would not be your normal looking Autobell. It looks very nice from the outside. They took some of the design features of South Gate and worked them into the exterior. It will even include a fountain feature on the corner of Park and Tyvola. Also Autobell states most of their customers come during non peak rush hours so they don't see their business causing any more additional traffic than what is already going through the intersection. All the design changes were at the suggestions of past meetings with neighbors. They said the old day care actually generated more or at least as much traffic as what they expect to see at the car wash. They are going to send me an electronic version of the current proposed design. Once they do I will upload it on our site.
