Yes it woke me up this morning. When I looked at the phone and it says Char Meck emergency I really thought there was one. Why are you using something like that for something that is not an emergency? I'm not even a member,! Why am I called.? So if I am away and I see this Char Meck Emergency # on my caller id..should I think its really and emercency or a call about an event the HOA is having.? I can only see this as misuse of this feature taxpayer most likely pay for. You can advertise here on your web page just like people do for yard sales. If it is going to be use foolishly I want off of the call list. It was useful when I got the call about this rapist at the aparments but I don't see how it's useful for something well over half of the neghborhood is not involved in.
