Hey is anyone aware of any updates on this property?  It has been an eyesore in our neighborhood for quite some time now.

11/18/09- I took a picture of the outside and I have also opened up a housing case and completed the inspection. I posted the home to keep out, unsafe. KY
12/01/09- I have a housing case open on this house and this home was abandoned. A bank will be taking over in a couple weeks, I will check back then. Closing case. kY

Kirk Young is the codes inspector  

I will see if I can find the status online for the housing case.

H20090053163 is the case number.....  Field Observation....Inspector turned it in....Case is still open.  

Housing cases can take up to a year to see correction. 

I will shoot Kirk an e-mail and see if he has anything he can share on status.

Thank you Martin....I will keep an eye out.  Not sure if I should be encouraged or discouraged by a possible 1 year timeline from filing a case!
