Meeting minutes accepted and will be posted on the web site

Common area grass cutting, especially around the tree
    Trench is not mowed at request of NCCo, Utility is not on our property, tree is our property
    We will set up a meeting with Countryside to clarify

We need to set up neighborhood link email to forward to all board member.

Discussed options for front entrance signs and funding
    Need to identify what funds are already reserved

Discussed sign for yard sale
    long term $125.00
    short term $25.00
    decided we can use a sign that Linda has

Discussed having a community 'walk-around'
    introduction of new members, email list, etc

Discussed quarterly meeting schedule

Discussed contacting NCCo on time limit for no development at LP IV site
    Char to talk to Ryan
    first lot
    trees and fence
    barriers

Update web site with yard sale

Discussed 'preview' night before sale to engage community

Next meeting 7/6/2011 7 PM at Sidowski's
