Lowry Village II

I am moving to Lowry in a month and was wondering what is the true zip code of Lowry? Or are there several zip codes within Lowry? Village homes says that my zip code was 80231, but will be changed to 80220. however, everything still says 80231...and the Title Company says there is a third possible zip code.....

So I am confused...what zip code do the existing residents of Lowry use?? Thanks!
