What is Creatheism ?

Minister, lecturer and author, Michael Dowd uses the expression Creatheism for his conceptual framework based on an Ultimate Reality or God manifested in the creative processes we see in Nature and the Universe. Sometimes he also uses the expression Evolutionary Theology.

Dowd describes Creatheism as a broad idea that encompases various concepts of Ultimate Reality and religion and seeks relationships among them. He writes that his purpose is to demonstrate that Religion and Science are entirely compatible; and to bring together people with competing points of view. As you can see, this is nothing like Creationism.
