Hey, in light of the nightly sound of helicopters buzzing around 13th and Delaware/Columbia PL, I have been wondering if anyone would be on board to begin our own Neighborhood Watch program? It is my understanding that it will cost about $600. If 30 people gave $20, we'd be there. Anyone ready to take back our neighborhood?
