As noted in the deed restrictions, any changes to your home must first be reviewed and approved by the Design Committee. This also includes structures not attached to your home, like sheds and gazebos, as well as fences, patios, decks, and swimming pools. If in doubt contact a Design Committee Member.

An application for improvement form is included with this newsletter. Another form can be requested from any Board Member at any time.
