I suggest the best way to make our community's needs and efforts transparent is to have a public place where bylaws, contacts, and concerns can be shared and viewed by all. In that way, all can have healthy participation and information exchange on a daily basis. It would go a long way in removing misunderstandings and distortions of information distorted by our current method of "whisper down the lane".
