TAKE A LOOK AT YOUR PROPERTY FROM ACROSS THE STREET. IF YOU SEE SOMETHING THAT YOU DON?’T LIKE YOUR NEIGHBORS FEEL THE SAME WAY!!

?• No motorized bikes, cycles, and scooters in the Park!
?• Keep catch basins clean (if near you property)!
?• Garbage does not go out to curb until Mon. at noon and picked up no later than Wed. at noon!
?• Watch your speeding through the neighborhood!

If your property or car gets broken into (even if you left you car unlocked) please report it to the police. This will bring more police patrols into our neighborhood to stop the persons that are responsible for doing this.

You can only have up to 3 Yard/Garage Sales that last no longer than 3 days per year. This is against City of Ft. Wayne Code and you can be fined.

If you park facing the wrong way, beware you can receive a parking ticket!

If you honk your horn to pick someone up on a daily basis you can receive a common nuisance ticket!
