Lincoln Park

It's sad to say Lincoln Park Subdivision has not been well maintained . The entrance way is not at all appealing as before, the island entering the subdivison it awful. Who's ever idea that was is not appealing for an entry way . It dosen't ease the flow of traffic entering the subdivison and exiting subdivsion. The homes in the subdivison, at least some are poorly maintained . Residents , drive the streets and take a good look at what  our so called Homeoners Dues are paying for . Residents are not following our so called GUIDELINES we are to abide by. However  it seems only certain residents encounter notices , alerts etc like myself for things that is waste of  paper and charges billed to our Association. I see drivways with cars leaking oil, basket ball goals visible to the street. Trash resepticales in plain sight, homes that need to be painted and trees that are not being trimmed and managed. And lastly , proper lawn care . Some one is not doing their job. You took on the role, its time to facilitate a better process of doing things!
