Hello everyone,
My name is laird and I am the current Treasurer for our association. Recently our ACC chairs resigned and the committee was not functioning as specified in the covenants. So the Board of directors voted to take over the duties of the committe for the time being.
If any resident wants to send in a request for improvements, please send it to the Hillcountryhomeowners web site, or to the Lincoln Park email address listed on the contact page.
I thank all those who have served on the ACC in the past and we as a board are looking for a new Chair that has the time to fulfill the duties and requirements for the committee. One who is willing to participate with the Board and the management company.
On another note: I hope everyone will come out to the Annual Picnic next week and meet your neighbors. Food, fun and friendship is our focus. If you would like to bring a friend or family member, please do so. We are a family oriented neighborhood and wish to continue this tradition.
