Yes, step by step, we can bring new life and blood into this neighborhood. But that takes motivation by our residents. Every year we barely have enough homeowners at the Annual Meeting and even less at the Semi-Annual meeting. We need to hear from you, our residents. Your ideas and concerns are very important to keep the bond between the Board of Directors,its Committees, and the community. Please send your ideas to the lincolnparkHOA email address and ask the secretary to post them on the agenda for the upcoming meetings. Are you, or someone you know, willing to chair or serve on a committee? Wouldn't it be great if we had 75 to 100 residents at the next HOA meeting? The only way this will happen is getting involved and staying involved. Talk to your neighbors, spread the word, show up to the picnic and let us come together in a positive way. As for your concern about the Pres., let things run its course. I'm sure everything will be OK eventually. Thank you  for wanting more.

Hello, I hope all is well, but I do have one question..... The cost of making copies of the flyers distributed through out the community was at the expense of the HOA? If we are trying to save money, we should be using it wisley. Why couldn't we have just bypassed the  200+ copies and just put the information on the marquee.....That's why the Hoa purshased it in the first place.  Everyone has visible view of all information posted on there .  But I'am looking forward to all these changes I'm hearing about, can't wait to see the results...Have a great weekend.

Thank you e.g. for your concern. The 200 + fliers cost less than the 200+ forever postage stamps, we were able to get 3 1/2 fliers to one stamp. Now there's a savings. The upcoming events are posted on the information sign on Mary Todd exiting the community. You might look up the definition of the word Marquee in the dictionary. It is different from a free standing sign. Just a little help, you are doing a great service for this community. I hope you are doing well, I haven't seen any postings from you lately.
