Just received the flyer for the HOA meeting, that will be held this month. Just wanted to let you guys know, that it's probably a wise choice to use SPELL CHECK next  time before you print 200+ flyer'sfor the Homeowners. Hopefully, you will get enough Homeowners to participate this time at this informative meeting.  I think there is a better way to do this, instead of having are dues pay for coping and paper. That's why we the association purchased this marquee to post news and any important information. Let's put are money to work for better things then this. One person shouldn't be able to make a decision.

In response to the SPELL CHECK suggestion.  Not to be rude or anything, but you might want to check your grammar before posting these suggestions.  The money collected from the association should be referred to as "our" money, not "are" money.  At first I thought this might have been a typo, but it was written that way twice.
